This thread cannot be trusted. It's likely a paid advertisement. Peng has crippled legs of a dozen unfortunate Chinese folks. I would rather opt for Russia than going for Peng. In fact, it's wiser to avoid to have this surgery in China at all as nothing is protected due to the illegal nature of this highly invasive procedure.

As a matter of fact, Peng studied under China's most notorious doc for this surgery  - Dr. Xia Hetao, who has effectively destroyed dreams and families of many. With such a teacher, what could we possibly expect of his student ?

at first im worried too,until i saw and communicate with  patients who had done surgery in hospital。I recommend everyone who is going to do surgery should see and communicate with the patients who have had surgery before
