Hey guys,
I have recently joined the forum and im trying to get some help from you guys i hope i can get some ideas. So im 173 cm with 173 wingspan
(which really worries me about proportions). And my sitting height is 91 cm(i didnt bother myself with sitting height since its more tolerable than wingspan and its not such a big deal) So i was thinking to get to 182 with 5 cm on femur and 4 on tib.Since my wingspan is same with my height i will be over 9 cms if i get that height.I really dont know what to do.182 was my max target height so thats why i am trying.Anyways i tried some mockups and it was not really ideal for proportions (it wasnt so bad with clothes but i cant spend my whole life in clothes so..).I tryed 5'11 (180 cm) and i cant make a decision on how it looks so i REALLY need help from you guys.ANY opinion is very appreciated.

I like the pics of you at 180. Your legs look too long in the 182 pictures. But 180 is a good height. That's how tall I am in shoes, and you'd be that tall in bare feet which would be nice.
I personally prefer the look of elongated tibias rather than the look of elongated femurs, so if I were in your position I'd do 7cm on tibias and call it a day.
The 9+CM seem way to long. I'd do just 7 in one or 3+4 (3.5+3.5) and just call it a day. Most shoes give you 1 Or 2 cm.
Start with 5, see how you feel, if you feel like it go for 3 or 4 more. As stated earlier, proportions are not crucial. There are unproportional people everywhere. Nobody pays attention how tall your legs are. Of oourse I am not saying ppl should go for radical ideas such as 15+ cm but 10cm should be OK for everybody.
Thanks for the replys guys.Well i really dont know what to do.i really really want to get 182 but it might not be a good idea since it doesnt look really good, i know proportions are not crucial but i will have like -9 ape wingspan.. only if i had like 2 inches longer wingspan it could be much better but eh..
i even considered arm lengthening but its very dagerous i guess.
Your proportions actually look better at 182 in the pic with no clothes as opposed to the clothed one... If you wore a slightly longer shirt the jeans wouldn't make your legs look so long and lanky.
I recon go for 182 if you really want it. You do look a tad lanky, but it isn't anything too bad... Remember, your shoes will give you 1-2cm. So lengthen 7-8cm and you'll be 182-183cm with shoes on.
I think you look fine in the +7 femur and +4+5 pictures.
Good luck!
Thanks guys but im now wondering about my SH too.I know i said that its not so important but im doing more research on this forum and i get more depressed lol.. My current SH/H ratio is 52.5 it will be 50.5 at 5'11 (180) this and also my wingspan will be shorter.. Im very demoralised.. (My dad is 181 and my brother is 180 i didnt measure their SH but what if i look weird when i sit with them it will be like that for my whole life when i get my LL i cant stop thinking about this. ah crap..
btw, I don;t like to offend you, but before you consider LL, have you tried other means of improving your appearance. Like, have you ever been to the gym ? Have you ever did bench press/other exercises for chest ? Adding muscle mass will significantly make your body / arms / torse / look bigger and will be supplementing your longer legs. With that in mind, adding muscle mass to your legs is very important to do before the surgeries in order alleviate your muscles who will have to cover a broader area..

Yeah no problem man i appreciate.Well firstly yes im not in a good shape right know but thats not my priority because i have to be %100 sure about LL(even if im absolutely sure it wont be any time sooner than a year or something so ill start exercises streching, adding mass etc..) i cant be sure about my proportions im geting mad now i cant stop thinking about my sitting height which is roughly 92.I even dropped my target height to like 179 or even 178(so it will be like 5 cms)when i sit with some people i just keep comparing my sitting height to theirs. it really worries me if it will be weird after LL... like ill be taller than a guy with my old height when we stand up.But we will be same height when we sit. "Mind Blown"
