I saw a few patients with frames at the consultation. A girl getting her leg straight, a child and another couple of guys but I am not sure they were there for LL.  New Diary with Dr PILI in Italy looking to get 8-9 cm taller
I went back home after 2 days. But I was offered the option of a nearby place.

An update...
I am doing fine.
The worst day was actually the second day when I was still in hospital. I had some strong medicine given by doctors and that's it.
Now I have some pain but nothing serious.
I walk around in the house but my legs feel very weak, with a funny gummy like sensation.  New Diary with Dr PILI in Italy looking to get 8-9 cm taller

What happens if there are complications?? I figure the back and forth trip must be taxing.

Dr Pili explained me that with HEF there are no big complications and after 2 days it is safe to go home.
If I have a problem I can contact him and he will tel me what to do.
If I have to come back I will get a train to Milan or Lecco.

May I ask, how far are you living from Milano (or wherever you could reach Dr. Pili)?
