Hi , it's me again . A very good friend of mine who is 5'6 ( I'm 5'7 ) discovered this surgery cause of my computer . I said fk when i saw what he discovered . But I was surprised by his reaction . He was amazed , actually i didn't even know that he had a hight dysphoria  . In fact he is like me and I have never get it . For my part I stick to my plan ( 4,5 +3,5 ) no matter what people say of think but my friend doesn't want that much . He said 4 max to be a 5'7 guy . He has normal legs with longer fems ( not gay  notceable or not ? ) . He asked if 4 or 3'5 are noticeable or not . He thinks that  maybe it will fke* up his proportion . I didn't know what to say . He want's tibs only cause he is scared by femur surgery . What do you think guys . Does 4 or 3.5 cm are noticeable on normal legs .  He doesn't want to post pics ans I respect his will . His is very very paranoic lol . When it will be my turn no worries there will be plenty of pics  notceable or not ?

to a person who cares about height 4 cm difference would be really noticeable but for other people i think ,its like a  tiny bit
more or less noticeable is like 5 or more cm

I'd never consider LL for anything less than 2 inches.
If my body could handle it I would definitely go for about 7cm (as I did) but anything less than 5cm is simply a loss of time and money for me.

Of course if there are complications is completely sensible to stop lengthening before you hit 5 cm but for someone to have a target before LL for 3-4 cm as I saw from some people here is completely nonsense.

Completely agree with your point
