Up to 4cm? That's a very bad case of misalignment!

thats wishfull. i think 1-2cm is more realistic.

more like up to 1/2 an inch according to Dr. Rozbruch and Dr. Mahboubian. If you have very slight deformity, it can be even lower around .8-1 cm
4 cm would be a very very very extreme case.
