As new doctors keep emerging and this list gets longer and longer to review I was hoping those of us could get a quick look into whose up and coming and at reasonable rates

Price for me was the last thing I considered. Go for the best doctor possible for your needs. Its your life not something to go with the cheapest just for the sake of saving money in my opinion so you want the best of the best whoever you choose for doctor.
