  • Hi..i am a guy who seriously suffers from height dysphoria..as i have discovered that it's actually the length of my torso that is short not my legs really..i am 171cm tall with 80cm real inseam and 70cm pant inseam(i actually wear my pants a bit low)..and 39 inch legs..so i think my torso is quite short..so i have been around the internet to find ways to increase height after 18..i am 22 btw..n i actually got a method which says u can increase height upto like 35 through a process which is called pituitary meditation..n i guess it increases ur torso height..it basically activates the pituitary gland to release more growth hormone even after 18 and that leads to growth of the person..though i am very very skeptical abt this process tht it even works..guys please google it and watch videos on YouTube and tell me abt ur take on this process..wht do u think....does it even works..or it its just a fake hoax kindaa thing..well scientifically i believe its not possible but lets see wht u guys think..u can get more idea of how to perform this pituitary meditation on google and youtube..guys check it out ASAP..m waiting for ur replies.

Yes bro i know that....but the thing i am a bit confused is that..we dont have any growth plates on the torso..growth plates are a characteristic of long bones or limbs..so basically the torso grows uniformly big with out any growth plates..thts wht i wanna know..like..can we increase the spinal bone mass..wht u think.
