hair loss and hair going grey are both caused by nutritional deficiencies or cofactors.

genetics determine how fast you will have these effects with genetics being a secondary factor as a predisposition which is exacerbated because of the nutritional deficiency.

stress and hormones levels.  people who stress too much or get angry easily tend to have hair loss.  overexercising is another form of stress.

avoid hair coloring, the ingredients are damaging and will result in thinner hair.
