Say you are going with Giotikas and you are from USA
I heard you do the tests shortly before the surgery.
1. When should you pay for the surgery to be safe? It seems like if you are rejected for the surgery because of the test results, it would be awkward to get the money back?
2. If you do not think you will get rejected, what is the optimal strategy of when to pay? Should you still try to pay several months in advance? I vaguely remember someone saying something about transferwise needing multiple transfers which coudl take time.

ty!! What do people typically do for booking the place they will stay at for 3 months? Seems like if they get rejected for the surgery after an in person examination that they would eat some kind of penalty for cancelling the booking with the place they stay at for 3 months in Athens?
What would you suggest?
