So far tried:

soft ice pads on the tail bone, sort of helps

tried sleeping on side, still not comfortable, working out the pillow positions, the very slight rotation of the legs creates an odd feeling (like I am just barely barely starting the movement towards clicking)

tried sleeping on belly, still working out pillow position under tibia (to prevent leg from becoming completely straight and getting knee pain from that eventually)

lots of pillows and cushions, seems to help
