Has anyone heard of shoulder lengthening there's 2 surgeons in the us that do clavicle lengthening to look broader

Why don't you just exercise to get bigger shoulders like everyone else? I'm only like 166 cm and my brother is 174 cm naturaly however my shoulders are broader than his...
