Small Wingspan, Small Femur, Large Upper Boady

Hey guys, I am almost ready to do my surgery with Dr. Becker with the goal of 7cm

I am currently around 175
My femurs is around 46,8 cm my tibia around 39 - I guess I have a quite small ferrous so I think a fermur operations makes from the optic most sense.

My most concern was my wingspan with 176 what makes me -6 at the end of the operation.

On the Mockups I really like the look between the 6 - 8cm even 8cm a little more, far better that natural currently it think it is because I have In general small legs and more a bigger upper boady

yes I agree I think for me femur makes more sense because my tibia looks quite tall or what do you guys think?
