If you have good bone regeneration and you don't get misalignments your bones will be ok but what about soft tissue like muscles nerves and tendons? Are they permanently damaged in LL? When does permanent damage occur? How can you notice they aren't OK? What can you do to recover if it's possible?

I don't think it will recover to the same as it was before, could be 80-90% at best
