I found out that I want to pursue grad school part-time to lateral into a new career, which would require me to take the GRE this upcoming fall.

However, I already planned on limb lengthening this upcoming September.

I don't really want to postpone LL as I've been postponing it for 6 months, but I also don't want to delay grad school admissions for an additional year.

Would it be fine to take the GRE during the distraction phase of lengthening? Will the process bring focus issues/nagging pain that would compromise my focus and performance during the exam?

I wouldn't recommend it. Your mileage may vary, but it is very common for people to not be able to sleep well throughout the lengthening process.

I averaged like 4-5 hours of sleep per night. Was constantly tired and found it difficult to focus.
