what is the optimal condition of your legs that may contribute to the optimal recovery and/or decent cm lengthening on tibias?
1- I suppose being flexible is a must (?)
are there any specifics? stretching regiment, specific muscles?
2- how about muscle size of the calfs? I dont have a huge muscle on my calfs (to say the least), but im not sure if this is an advantage or the contrary... Ive learned somewhere that too big of muscle may not be an advantage while lengthening, does that mean that low volume muscle is better?
got some contradictory information regarding this issue..
3- balerina foot - any flexibility specifics (prior to LL) may lessen the potiential of this complication?
thanks a lot for any tip
