Ways to make money for LL

Let's all be honest most of us are broke, otherwise we would be doing this right now (minus covid). The reason I want to start this thread is to create a section where people could share their side hustles, ideas to generate income, so that one day some of us can achieve the dream of paying for this surgery.

I am getting closer to it everyday, along one of my friends and one of the things that helped out a lot is ABNB hosting rental. I think wherever you are in the world you can greatly benefit from this. Currently due to covid regulations, apartments leases have been going down in price dramatically (people exiting cities). But the trend will reverse very soon. By finding a good price on a property, doing your due diligence you can easily x3 or x4 the rent price. Once you have accumulated enough money for one year rent, you can double down and get a second. By doing this on 2 to 3 properties, for a whole year you would get enough to go for Giotikas or Parihar for internals for instance.

I also have other side hustles that are less profitable short-term but more long-term, if you want to know more about these feel free to PM. Also by all means, everyone can comment with their ideas, what worked for them and not, so we can all get the ball rolling (I mean we are all here for the same reason, why shouldn't we help each other out ).

good idea, I also do voice-overs requires minimal setup and skills. You can chose to be paid in royalties too.
