I do believe the surgery is going down. Of course Paley has this charm to people but Giotikas is actively driving the price down globally and will continue to inspire competition.

I emailed Dr. M the other week and he said that his prices are currently at a discounted rate and that "we hope it will stay discounted in 2020"

I wish I could work for Nuvasive in hopes of getting a discounted rate. I think in time as it continues it can only decrease.... but some definitely do seem like they are trending upwards....  Paley is 97k What is the increase rate of cost of surgery ??? Wtf

Quote from: InFullStryde on December 05, 2019, 10:51:00 PMIn 2000, the cost of surgery was about $75,000 with Dr. Paley.  The cost is actually going down; since the price tag has remained very close to the same over the past 20 years.

It has increased by $22,000 in 20 years.....a little more than $1000/year.. Paley/St. Mary's is profiting off of psychological self-hatred

LL does not exist in isolation from other healthcare.  Healthcare in general continues to go up in price, and so will LL.

Old methods have been decreasing at an exponential rate.
While new methods have been increasing due to the surgeons gaining experience on them.
On one hand you have a decrease as we are moving away from an iPhone 6 to the NEW technologies (Precise, Stryde) of an iPhone X.
