I heard Dr.Buldu in Istanbul is doing 2-3 surgeries per day so that he cannot fully dedicate himself into conducting surgeries on patients and allocate his cares onto every patient very well. And he even allows his patients to lengthen beyond a crazy amount like Meck having lengthened 18cm in total although he didn't end up with any athletic and healthy issues.

I was planning to have surgery with halil buldu but after i saw a review in his google maps that says everyone who went there had bad major problems like broken bones and etc. and after reading @Activatedxx diary, i scared really. I don't want to end up crippled. I recommend you to read this diary http://www.limblengtheningforum.com/index.php?topic=66610.279

'Everyone had major problems' is too stretching the reality, at least Meck(I mentioned above) didn't end up with any problems although I gotta admit during the procedure he experienced major pains, thrombosis and neuropraxia.
But yeah I don't recommend Buldu either.

Top doctors don't usually perform LON on femurs. This and the "prices table" speak a little about the issue. Use "search" in this forum for "Buldu".

He just performs but not 'only' performs and if patients cannot afford the expenses of internal femurs O.C the only way to lengthen femurs is LON. It's just patients' choice you cannot blame him for allowing not that rich patients to perform LON on femurs.

You should not let patients neurosis or  budget pick.
You ,the surgeon, should allow only safe (or currently safest) methods ; BBL it's considered the most dangerous cosmetic surgery n its death rate it's way lower then LL so a good surgeon should allow just the safest methods (not the easiest but safest) to undergo this surgery given it's high risk rate of everything compared to other surgeries .
