Which is the best currently option for LON on tibias( price doesnt matter)?

No no i meant Internal femur is cheaper than Tibia by 5000$ according to Dr paley price list. He said 85000 for Femur and 90000 for Tibia.

You seem to be using Paley and Guichet for all your information. Paley doesn't do tibias or charges that much because 1) He either puts the Precice 2 in tibias or 2) It takes up as much time as an internal femur surgery, an being sought after he has no reason to do cheap surgeries in his schedule.

Tibias with a ton of doctors all over the globe are 3x cheaper than internal femurs.

no, who said he does not do Tibia, he do it and it cost 90000-95000$ better buy a new Range Rover lol

Exactly, Paley charges femur prices for tibias but there are tons of other doctors charging tibia prices for tibias. Saying "tibias are more expensive than femurs", especially based on a doctor that usually doesn't do tibias is false.

Even Guitchet doesnt like to perform tibia lengthening and can allow 4 inches in just one segment, Paley can do it, but you will have to sell your soul.
