Right now we know that Guichet, Giotikas and Betz use weight bearing internal nails. Are there any other doctors in developed countries who use weight bearing nails?

Great question. Other than nitinail and strydes successor which are yet to be released the only one I can think of other than what you listed is that doctor operating out of Ukraine (help me out MDOW!).
