The vast majority of discussion on this site is about lengthening of the legs, as it should be. However, I think we need to also put somewhat of a spotlight on the arms. A lot of people's concerns are their proportions. While they can't be perfect compared to naturally tall person, imo, the arms go a long way and are often overlooked by this community.
If you get arm lengthening, you can get the upper bones in your arm lengthened by 3-6cm, making them significantly longer and giving you a more grown appearance. It costs the same as the other surgeries, and will go a long way.
If you only do one surgery for your legs, then you can do without arm lengthening. But imo, two leg lengthening procedures with no arm lengthening looks incomplete.
Some of you will say that it's not worth the price or people won't notice or don't care. That could be true, depending on how long your arms already are.
But the way I feel, three surgeries is the charm. Feel free to chime in, I'm curious.
