Sorry but I have never been to Time Square for the countdown. I have only been there during summer vacation. Do we have to pay before we celebrate countdown in Time Square?

I read your other posts. You need to start reacting man! Even if you still don't have a roadmap just make a move, take a step, whatever it is. I think I understand that it's maybe hard to do more immediately, but try to take a small step.
Find a support group, counselling, help line, physical exercice, talk to people, provide some info here that help people to help you, go fishing, take cold showers, whatever makes you feel "grounded"! You need to keep moving, you seem to risk being stuck if you now what I mean. Sorry to give advice you didn't ask for but I kind of feel your pain. New Year is only days away. 365 new opportunities! :-)
