I'm 169.5cm tall with a wingspan of around 183cm. I've got a short torso so most of my height is already legs.
If I go +8cm femur, will my kneecaps look too low ? Please rate my proportions: https://imgur.com/a/nQsUb8n

Luckily, you have a good wingspan. Unluckily, you have a short torso. That being said, I think 8cm on femurs looks fine.

8cm mockup seems fine, out of curiosity how much is your sitting height?

I am exactly your height 169.4 probably. and proportions don't matter unless you lengthen 20+ cm. Don't worry bout it man longer legs are aesthetically attractive

You look like someone with long legs in the mockup, it is compensated or even complemented by long arms, the question is whether it seems aesthetic or acceptable to you in exchange for more height

By the way, do you know you inseam or sitting height?

Thanks for the replies!

I've measured my sitting height (from seat to top of my head) at about 85cm.
I personally find long legs aesthetic, but let's be honest even if wasn't- gaining 8cm when you're 169cm yields such insane marginal benefits that even if the result is meh, over time I'll become satisfied because of the way society would treat me differently.

Also and this is not related to LL, I have really bad posture. If I fix my anterior pelvic tilt and rounded shoulders I might squeeze an inch of height gains (or should I say regain height that I've lost over time). So in an ideal world, I might become 179-180cm tall :)
