Well I came to know that my facial bone structure was feminine thus to make everything 'consistent' I gotta also keep body 'feminine', namely slim but 'not very short'.

In my country 170-172cm is just 'kinda short' in the worst case and avg in the best case so I think its the best height range for me.

Btw facial bone structure reconstruction is very hard so it will not my option

also to properly answer this question, 170-172cm is not the optimal height for any male ever, feminine features look good on men provided they are balanced don't just look exactly like women.
