I am also very discontent with my own face as well as height so I also want to do plastic surgeries, though if we are talking about attractiveness I have to at first pass the height threshold(it's very brutal tbh. If you are short, nowadays your face does not even matter because nobody will even appraise your face at all under the condition that your height does not pass the threshold), I still want to improve my face as well.

Though currently as being an anti-natalist, I belong to the 'self-help' school, viz now I strongly hate and oppose reproduction and I think life is just a hodgepodge of suffering, misery, pain and darkness, I still want to improve my life as much as I can.

But I only want to do my nose(to reshape my nostrils... you know) and nothing else and call it a day since my base is very good, if we are talking about how I look 'in reality' and 'in China'.

yes unfortunately I have to agree with you if your below a certain height you aren't even looked as human by most people, however I do think your face matters more than your height if your 5'10 or above, but if your below that you should focus on height first than maybe rhinoplasty.

may I ask what about your nose you dont like and why you want rhinoplasty?

depends how big the issue is? I have some quite bad facial problems which take from from about probably a 7 to a 3 which can be remedied in a single procedure. so I plan to deal with that before getting to 5'10. of course getting to 173 from 165 is more important, but 173 you can work with if you have your other   together. also depends on area of course.

All in all I have about $325000 of surgery planned out to even look normal, so that's a lot of fun. its awesome how other people get to just live life and I'm forced to wait till i'm probably thirty years old to look normal. Well to be fair its really only 140k to look normal since 173 is in the average range.
