Dr. Sarin PRECICE vs Dr. Parihar FITBONE

Hello everyone, I've been doing some research about the best options within my budget for internal femurs limb lengthening in India, and it led me to these two options:

1. Dr. Amar Sarin with PRECICE 2.2: airport pick up and drop, accommodations, PT, nurse and caretaker, etc. for 43000 USD. I'm aware of his mixed reviews, although most of them came from more than 10 years ago, I figure he's more experienced now and internal devices have less chances of botching.
2. Dr. Mangal Parihar with FITBONE: just the operation and PT (if I go to the hospital) for a little bit more of 46000 USD. I'm probably gonna have to throw in at least an extra 3000 USD for a hotel and PT at home, but he's highly regarded in this forum.

“Doctor” Sarin is an incompetent sociopath who has literally butchered hundreds of patients over nearly two decades, leaving patients permanently disabled with nerve damage, bone damage, unable to walk normally ever again even after the most state of the art reconstructive surgeries, because he is so terrible at what he does, and so manifestly evil that the damage is literally unfixable.

As someone who was butchered by a Turkish “doctor” who got extremely lucky and can now walk again, albeit with some minor nerve damage after undergoing multiple reconstructive surgeries that was the hardest thing I’ve ever gone through in my life, let me tell you that you have absolutely no idea how horrible your life will become if you go to Sarin. Nothing can prepare you for the hell that awaits you.
