I've distracted 6mm as of now, pain was there after surgery, but it was mostly surgery pain because of surgical cuts and stitches, pain has been reducing daily and my mobilty is increasing, I've started to do uper body weight Training too inorder to prepare for assisted walking by 4th month.

On a scale of 10 pain was 4 afte 1-2 days of surgery and it kept reducing gradually, I felt no pain in bones or screw area, all pain was on surgical cuts, on March 4 they'll remove all the sutures and get an  follow-up xray

Also, proper physio helped me reduce pain a lot, if I miss a physio session I was trouble moving my legs, but after I started proper physio sessions, each session helped me reduce pain gradually.

On paper I've distracted 36 mm, but actual distraction came out to  28 mm, I got xrayed 2 days ago.

I've started to feel tightness under my knee, trying to stretch as much as possible.

I started distraction on 24 feb, and am distracting 1 mm per day, I missed a lot of fitbone pulses on initial days , maybe that's why actual distraction was 10mm less.

It should have been 35mm of distraction.

The tightness was pain level 5, it reduced after few days and my left legs quads became painful, dr prescribed some medicines for quads pain and now it's reduced, pain usually starts by evening and worsens after final distraction of the day,

I am about at 40mm now and I can say pain is higher now
