Hi man, I remember watching your Twitter posts a couple of years ago (Those post made me open my eyes about how common are butcherers in this world), now I'm glad that you finally got this surgery! Just asking, where did you get the surgery? I'm planning on getting external tibias but I haven't decide yet if I should go with Dr. Quynh, Giotikas or Pili (Sadly I'm not that rich yet :'( )

Greetings!
Hi, I respect your budget constraints, but paying for consultations with all three surgeons you mentioned (to discuss your questions and then decide who to trust) is in my opinion money well spent! Don't rely solely on hype and second-hand opinions!

i had my lon tibia surgery with dr fatih at lengthening turkey last week, and thankfully everything went well, the first few days were definitely the hardest part, there was pain, pressure, and a lot of stiffness in my legs, especially when changing position, standing up, or trying to sleep comfortably, the discomfort is real in the beginning, and even simple things like going to the bathroom or getting in and out of bed feel difficult at first

but day by day it started getting better, right now i can already walk inside the home even without the walker for short distances, which honestly made me feel much more confident, of course i still need to be careful and move slowly, but seeing this progress only one week after surgery is very motivating

im staying at seba suites, and its a very nice airbnb with a pool view, so the environment is comfortable and relaxing for recovery, that also helps mentally because the first days can be challenging both physically and psychologically

i started lengthening on monday, and so far i dont really feel the lengthening itself much, but maybe thats because its still too early, for now most of what i feel is more related to the general post op stiffness and discomfort rather than the actual distraction process

overall my experience so far has been positive, the first days are not easy, but if everything goes smoothly and you stay patient, you start seeing progress sooner than you expect

Hi everyone,

I’m considering this clinic for my surgery and wanted to ask a few questions.

Has anyone here had surgery with them recently? How was the aftercare, physiotherapy, and communication after surgery?

Also, did they really do regular X-rays and mechanical axis evaluation as they claim?

I’m mainly trying to understand if they are reliable and if previous patients are satisfied with their recovery/results.

Thanks.
