1. How are your sex lives after cosmetic LL surgery?

2. I'm 21 years old, weak 5'10 (177.5), considering surgery after my 25th birthday. Just entering the six foot club is enough for me.

3. Is it worth trading rest of your sex life for few inches to gain and thats not your pp lol?

4. If its gonna make a difference I might postpone my surgery two more years. I love my libido ;D

after the surgery your dck will be limp for many weeks because of the massive trauma that the body has to deal with in the acute phase of the process

once you stabilize yourself your hormones would revert back to some sort of a baseline and youll start getting hard again


overall no, nothing is gonna happen to your libido

Sex life and libido are 2 different things. So you have to clarify what you want to know !
And depends where you are looking for women, because in Nederland and Denmark you are pretty short and you need surgery... but in SE Asia you are taller than more than 95% of entire population and actually you dont need the surgery at all there...
