which insurance to choose for LL post PT sessions

Hi, I wanted to know what kind of insurance plan was best for post LL surgery PT sessions and all the things that may arise post surgery. LIke PPO with no deductions? PPO with medium deductions? ........ and so forth!Thank you

This is why I don't pay for insurance. Too many fat people and other risk-takers that I don't want to pay for.
