Hi everyone, I'm considering limb lengthening surgery at the London Surgery Centre and I was wondering if anyone has any experience with their methods? I've heard they offer both external fixators and internal lengthening nails. Which one is best and what are the pros and cons of each? I'm looking to lengthen my femur by about 5cm.
