Hi everyone, I plan on getting my first surgery sometime late May. I want to come in as flexible and mobile as I can. Does anyone have some simple stretching routines that they can recommend? I stopped training legs at the gym as well.

I'm getting mixed opinions on this. IIRC Medium Drink of Water said in a previous thread to not build muscle on your legs. Realistically speaking I won't even be training legs consistently for  another 2 years (getting two surgeries one year apart).

I plan to lengthen 14-14.5 cm in two surgeries.
