Thats not true, im suffering from knee axis misalignment through which my Tibia has not grown properly, i also suffer from EXTREME pain and Walking Problems

No, with klinefelter it wont be possible to gain muscle mass and stay lean without gear, but im not going to take the "Hard" Stuff like Tren etc.
I would be going for Testo E, Anavar, and small doses of HGH (People with klinefelter also suffer from very low Somatropin Level)
