Is (6.5 tibia + 4.8 femur) in 1 year realistic do LON one method? Not 100% but just capable of doing normal things.

May I ask why not? I’ve read that 6.5 cm is the absolute max for tibia, and 4.8 cm should be nothing for femurs.

Since you need to have nails from previous segment for more than this time, so basicly you will have 4 nails in your legs in same time. Idk, maybe someone did that, but from what i heard that is not recommended.

My tibia are really short compared to my femur.

So maybe I should do full external for tibia? i believe I would have the patience to wait for my tibia to full heal, but I know having a frame on your femur too long can be damaging.
