Hallo! I am in the end of my twenties and 5.11ft - 1.80m (when I wake up) and 1.77-178m - 5'10ft (by the end of the day)., tall. My ideal height would be I.95m - 6'4 ft. - I would also be satisfied with 1.92m or 1.90m. So I have thought about doing 6cm for tibia and 6cm for femur. However I can't gather enough money to get the internal procedure for tibia and femur done which will cost me more than 180.000euro in Germany with the fitbone. 
This is why I am looking for a cheaper surgery. As I am from germany I have thought about Dr. Salameh &Dr. Schmidt in Frankfurt. But I have only read that he is doing (external) tibias lengthening only. Is he doing femur, as well? And I am really worried about the scars.
Is there any doctor which does internal tibia and/or internal femur for a low price?
As my legs will grow 10-12cm, will it looks weird in terms of my proportion?I am already 1.78-1.80m tall with a short torso as someone who is 1.65m tall. (Bodies for example like simeon panda or ronnie coleman. Who have a short torso but long legs. Is there also a surgery for lengthening the upper body. I've heard someone said anything about lumbar spine which can be extended from 3cm up to 5cm? Which doctors offer this procedure?

People here will say I’m being hyperbolic but it’s not unusual to see guys in the 6’4-6’7 range in Germany pretty frequently, at least one per group of 10 people.
Hate to break it to you bud,but you'd look ridiculous after lengthening that much,especially if you already have a short torso long legged build,not forgetting you'd lose almost all athletic function.I think you should think long and hard about this before doing anything drastic,why not compromise at 6'1 that way you don't end up looking like a freak and you'd still be pretty tall with most of your athleticism intact.

That's delusion my friend if you look up the statistics for germany 6'4 is 1 in a 100 even if we account for immigrants we're talking one in 50.
Needing your legs lengthened is not gonna fix your problem if you're 5'11". Dig deeper and find the REAL void in your life that you've been avoiding.

Can anyone give an answer to my questions specifically? I will stay in germany and I will do leg lengthening after all. No need to start a discussion about why or why not I should do leg lengthening in general. Aside from that, the statistics are completely bull . In my university every second guy is at least 6'2-6'4ft in average (at least one-two head taller than me (as bradley martin, connor murphy, mike ohearn, randy orton, david laid etc.). And every third girl is 6'0-6'1ft tall unless she's an immigrant. And normally the girls wish having a guy who is at least one head taller then them.

Mate you'll look like a spider if you lengthen that much with your build,no woman wants an immobile man with ridiculous proportions.

Also women want a good looking guy with confidence and social status,good build,good physique,money,i assume you have all these things right?And while i'm sure you see 6'1 girls and 6'4 guys regularly that doesn't mean there not in the top 5 percent man.
