15cm LL in 1 time?

I don’t know man, personally speaking, I wouldn’t to go beyond 4-5 cm that’s very risky and not worth it to me. I’m 178cm barefoot without shoes and my ideal height would be 182cm to 185cm barefoot.

After that, to me it’s not worth it.

As much doing it in one time would be ideal. I think I would do in 2 surgeries just to be safe. Still not too sure if doing femur or tibia first.

15cm only in 2 suregreis and with an elite surgeon and good therapy anyhting but that is a big no
