Just realized this is the proper place for a diary. Posted on here awhile ago. Got the surgery nov 19.

Plan rn is to lengthen 85mm (of which i have lengthened 55mm already) then just recover and go home and see if this new height is enough. If it isn't I will come back do another 55mm on tibia.

LON femur sucks and I wish I hadn't done it. Just sleeping is difficult and the inconveniences of the fixator.

Funny enough I don't really notice my new height difference that much yet.

So far I am satisfied. I'm from the united states and yes I am staying here.

Just wondering whether I should lengthen tibia right after femur or if I should wait a year

Price is great! COL in istanbul is low. Hard to figure out where to get decent food tho lol

'm stopping lengthening at 6cm and getting the fixators removed Monday.

I mean this puts me at 166cm which is unfortunate and means I will have to come back and do tibia next year and try to get to at least 172cm.

The main issue with turkey is just that they can't really control pain because of dumb opioid laws. I mean that and a lot of other unwritten rules means that when I come back late this year I will be better prepared.
