Just wondering if I can run ideas past you guys. I heard getting femur first is best because it heals faster. Other than that any tips or advice? Any disagreements or concerns?

I'm thinking Solomon since he's pretty cheap and I haven't thought of a method.

So 6.5 femur and 4.5 tibia? (I want 11cm total)
 and why that way?

Yes, and because the femur has more potential to lengthen than the tibia. The femur's safe limit is 8cm while the tibia's safe limit is 5cm. If you split it completely evenly at 5.5cm each, you underlengthen the femur and overlengthen the tibia. 6.5cm femur + 4.5cm tibia makes way more sense because you stay within the safe limits of both segments.

I get 10cm on femur and now I'm 5.5cm on tibia I still lengthening tibia to reach 7 cm and i stop there, so I think you can get more that 11 cm in both segment

Not only does the femur have more potential, but the muscles in the tibias tend to cause problems faster and it's morel likely you'll have to stop.  I think a lot of other tibia patients at Paley's I talked to did not get as far as they wanted.
