Hi, I was initially researching about tibial torsion (I have it) and I came across LL, and I figured if I'm going to have to break my bones to fix my tibial torsion might as well add a few inches to my height during the process. Does anybody have any experience adding in the tibial derotational osteotomy along with their tibia lengthening? I'm wondering if this additional correction surgery may have an impact on the lengthening amount that my body can handle. Hoping to gain 2.5 inches on tibia to go right above 6 ft.
I would ONLY do this surgery with Paley/Robbins, as he seems to be the general consensus on this forum as the safest option
PSA: I've been researching LL for about 2 months now. Huge lurker on this forum and watched some cyborg videos so I know what to generally expect. But I still haven't come across anybody that's getting their tibia rotation corrected along with LL.
