I only want 4 more cm, and am deciding on the amount of $ to save up for.

Will 4 cm on tibia be noticeable and look weird?
Has anyone just done external tibias who would like to post pics to show proportions after surgery.

Thank you!

For just 4 cm, external tibia is the correct choice. But just in my opinion, if you have money for internal femurs go for that and gain 6 cm. Good luck.

Of course Internal femur, all well known doctors advice for internal femur. Why riding horse while you have car?!

Its faster, more safe, less pain, less complex, faster consolidate, one bone cut only and more recommended. Its your choice, good luck.

Why people always asks the same questions? Internal femurs IS always going to be better than external tibias for every lenght in non disproportional people . The problem IS to have the budget to do it

When comparing internals to new variations of external fixation, the only real benefit is faster consolidation/recovery.

Thanks for referring Dr. Catagni.
Seems like a better choice than Dr. Solomin. Appreciate it man! 4 cm internal femurs or 4 cm external tibias
