Hello,

I'm interested in fellow members that read some medical journals, is it smart to plan full recovery in 5 months by doing 4 cm with externals only. Starting height 175 cm, early 30s.

Thanks!

Your frames won't be off in that time unless you're an incredibly fast healer which is unlikely given your age

Maybe but you never know with bone growth and complications.

Now I have a question for you: is JPow about to tank the stock market?  Need to know quick.

Haha they will continue kicking the can down the road as long as they can. I moved away from US stocks though, except few sectors such as AI, robotics, and space. But I will keep them at least 20 years. I'm also buying gold and now trying to play dollar milkshake theory by Brent Johnson.

I really thought the less cm your aiming, the faster the recovery time. So what is the realistic time for recovery 2 months per/cm?

Five and a half hours too late with that advice.  Just lost 0.5% of my portfolio by shorting the market.  I heard that the largest shareholder of Louis Vuitton became the world's richest man for a brief period over the summer.  Lots of stimulus money being spent on fancy purses.  Think there'll be a good secondary market for all this stuff and REAL, POSH, and TDUP will see some big gains soon?

Anyway I think 1.5 months per cm is the safe bet.

Recovery time depends on many things like your doctor, what type of device you use, your PT and rehab. An average I'd say is about 1.7 months / cm and ya the less your lengthen the faster recovery time.
