Hi guys, am 25 years old male with 5,8 height , i have some issues in both knees, Chondromalacia patellae which is only can be solve by surgery , does this can bring more complications with LL surgery ? Would there by any option to solve the problem with CT and LL in the same time ? My plan with LL is arround 5-6 cm in femurs and in Russia Kurgan , i have local friends from there. Why do you guys advise against Ilizarov apparatus in femur?
