How possible is it while looking normal?
I notice a lot of tall people have long legs but about the same torso size as me, I have a broad frame so it wouldn't look out of place and my wingspan is like 6ft for some reason.

Would I be fked health wise by a 4" gain?

Hard to do 10cm in one segment. Only possible if you do both tibia and femur. This will also be very expensive(100k+). I recommend only doing up to 7cm for one segment. Even then it's the hard limit because your body tissue cannot keep up.

I would actually measure your sitting height and inseam, you can't use your eye to judge that because tall people slouch.

Two segments can realize your dream.
If its one segments' lonely duty...Then its downright crazy...

This is an unpopular opinion, but I think that you should do 2 segments allways, unless you're proportions allow it. Even if its more expensive, money can allways be regained, but you can't fix your proportions after the surgery.
