Conducted the surgery last Tuesday in Saudi’s Arabia with doctor al sayyad very good doctor, i should expect to lengthen from 162cm to 168cm. First 4 days post surgery were hell from the catherter to the leg pain to constant vomitting from the medicine. As of today and yesterday I have calmed down a bit and I’m expecting to be released today hopefully

Cost me around 90k usd, pain is a lot better now but struggling with depression since I can’t walk and have been stuck in my room for around a month now. Also been forced to wear an ankle fixator to avoid ballerina foot which is torture

Yeah I stayed for there for the first two weeks and now I’ve been in my country with my family for 3 weeks. The constant need for help with every little thing and the dependency for little things is annoying as hell. And the thought of having to stay in a bed for another 2 months is devistating. But as you said the couple of inches are what keeps me going

90k usd is somewhat expensive but he’s a top level doctor who’s been doing this for a very very long time and the fitbone nail isn’t cheap. Saudi Arabia isn’t as it used to be the country isn’t that religious anymore.

Update 5 months post op left leg consolidation is decent right leg is behind so I’m still not allowed to walk outside the house. And I’ve developed ballerinas foot so I can only walk with shoe lifts.
