8 cm Tibiae with Stryde through two surgeries?

Hello once again LL forum,

Thank you for your swift responses on my inquiry about flat feet and tibial lengthening—that really relieved me! I really want to lengthen my tibiae by Stryde’s maximum of 8 cm without touching my femurs due to my proportions, but that is obviously quite an ambitious undertaking! MyEvolution seemed to be on track for this in his Dr. Paley diary before he made the grave error of discontinuing one side. I am stretching my calves and Achilles daily on a slant board and plan to do so until Stryde is released again.

If doing this in one surgery won’t work out, I wonder if Dr. Paley would offer his fifth option but for tibiae only. Dr. Paley’s fifth option entails lengthening the femurs and tibiae 4 cm each twice for a total 16 cm of lengthening, but I am interested to learn if he would offer something similar for tibiae only (4 cm twice, one year apart, for 8 cm total). Have any of you done something like this or know of anyone who has done this? I am extremely interested, as I would be highly unsatisfied with merely 5 cm tibiae as Paley recommends (or even 6-7 cm to be honest...) and there is no way I am lengthening femurs with my proportions (short torso, long femurs, stubby tibiae). Thank you all very much—I’ve been browsing this forum since 2018 but I want to get more active in the community now as I’m finally looking to doing it with Dr. Paley when Stryde returns!

When are u planning this? I’m looking for the same, once stryde returns bilateral femurs though. Can work around the same time so that will be emotionally and morally supportive.
