I recently discovered this thing called a-grow-bics which claims to increase your height by a minimum of 2cm, it involves six gym session over a 6 week period for a cost of £200 if you don't grow they say you get your money back, the guy who deviced it said he grew from 5ft 7 to just shy of 5 ft 9

There is another article if you do a search where someone grew nearly two Inches 4.9cm in 6 weeks, and tbf this reportrer said she doesn't like exercise, so maybe subconsciously she didnt put much effort into it
