Hi all,

My height is 5'0 (152 cm) while my inseam is 24.8 inches (63 cm) or 41% of my overall height. I'd like to know whether I can get my upcoming limb lengthening surgery financed by insurance company as I'm probably considered dwarf due to abnormally short legs.

Also, I'd love to do my legs in US/other developed countries but I can't afford it now. Is ll in China, India or other developing countries is less safe than that in developing ones only because of being cheaper? In other words, can I do my legs at an affordable price without sacrificing safety?

Thanks in advance. Good luck to everyone.
