To me, their patients look kinda deformed after the lengthening. I don't know if they're really screwed but something looks off about their legs, like they've got axial deviations and consequent deformities of legs.

This is their Instagram page. You only have to see a couple of before & after photos and judge by yourself.
One thing worth mentioning is that after photos are taken at a time where they still can't stand normally so maybe it's due to that, IDK.
Well, I hope it's related to bad posture due to them being unable to extend their legs fully. If this is not the case and it's an actual deformity of legs, then it's very bad.
What's your thoughts regarding this?

For example, this result of PRECICE 2 femur of 3 inches looks weird. Her legs were straight before the lengthening and after the lengthening it looks like an X-leg deformity of femurs.
It's like all their patients, no matter LON or PRECICE, get X-legs with femur lengthening and bow legs with tibia lengthening. The results look kinda bad to be honest.
For comparison, most of Buldu's patients look normal after the lengthening, even after 9 cm LON femur. There have been instances where he made mistakes during the nail insertion and the patients got X-legs, but it was due to his tiredness I believe since it seems that he at least knows how to do the surgery correctly to avoid such complications (i.e. he doesn't produce bad results consistently). But, at AFA, I have to yet see a patient whose legs look straight post lengthening, no matter the segment, the method and the amount lengthened.
Axis evaluation is very important from a surgeon. It should be checked before, during and after the procedure. Goal is not only lengthening but also maintaining good position of legs or fixing it if there's deformity.

They're mostly Chinese women. I bet no sane woman will break their femurs to gain 3 inches of height in the US and western and eastern parts of EU who are at least 5 feet tall with nice legs and body.
Those Chinese women are insane IMO. Some even start at more than 160 cm with already normal legs to begin with. I understand if they were less than 153 cm but more than that height is enough for women if they're not short-legged proportionally.
Of course proper orthopedic doctors who specialize in LL should be able to prevent knock knees, no matter the method used for lengthening. It just seems that some docs in Turkey are either incapable of doing that or are neglecting / overlooking that complication.
At least Buldu is clearly capable of correcting the alignment of bones since we've seen Meck's case here whose bones were corrected during the frame removal / nail locking surgeries.
