If anyone is going around September/October time, let me know. Message me.

I did my first surgery 2 years ago, all good. Going for my second.

Hit me up, maybe we can plan something out as 90% of the other patients are usually from Asia and can't speak much English.

Quote from: erenpalo on June 14, 2025, 12:44:24 PMis everything normal after the first surgery ? can you run normally ?

Yes everything is perfect, running, jumping rope every day, lifting weights.

Slight uncomfortable feeling in my knee maybe once a month but I assume this might be because of the internal nail or even if it isn't, it's absolutely minimal, might just be ageing, it's like 1 minute of discomfort if I really push myself with some heavy lifting or running. And, a little imbalance in flexibility, left leg has become even more flexible than before the surgery but my right leg is still at about 80% flexibility.
