In which country and doctor would it be reasonable to make 2023 prices?

USA is very expensive. I wouldn't do it even if I had the money.
Germany is expensive especially betz. I also don't know that there are complaints on this forum and outside the forum some people are very happy some are not.
I don't know if there are doctors or companies in Italy? would it be affordable?
Do you know any doctors or clinics in France? or England?
İndia is cheap but India doesn't seem safe to me.
Actually, the best place in terms of price and performance seems to be greece and turkey. (Provided you stay away from wannabetaller and livelifetaller)

This surgery is very costly and will cost more than you think. You must have some extra money. Accommodation, food and transportation etc.
For example, you can't do this surgery in the USA with 100 thousand dollars, but you can easily do 2 in Greece or İndia etc.
